Culture: Colourful Christmas programme in Estepona

At Christmas, locals and tourists alike are offered a colourful Christmas programme and can attend numerous events in Estepona. For most events, tickets must be purchased in advance, for example at tafestepona.de. Tickets for the various events cost around 14 to 45 euros plus fees.

Friday 16 December, 8 pm: Presentation of the book “El sonido del silencio” by Julio Peces Ruíz, Casa de Las Tejerinas, Estepona
Friday 16 December, 8 pm: Performance of the comedy “Pares y nines” at the Padre Manuel Cultural Centre, Estepona. In aid of the Asociación Cordobesa de Laringectomizados.

Saturday 17 December, 7.30 pm: Nativity play in Nueva Atalaya, Finca Pernet Avenue. Organised by the AA.VV. San Cristóbal in collaboration with the city council.

Sunday, 18 December, 1 pm: Christmas Concert by the Estepona Municipal Band (“Poetry and Music for Christmas”) at the Auditorium Felipe VI, Estepona, and XXI Christmas Proclamation by Antonio Infantes Navarro (Concert)
Sunday, 18 December, 7.30 pm: “La Magia del Natale”, show by the “Martina Tessaro” dance school, Estepona

Tuesday 20 December, 5 pm: XI School Music Meeting, with the participation of different groups, pastoral groups and music choirs from the schools of Estepona, Exhibition and Conference Centre in Estepona. Organised by the “Fundación 24 Horas Deportivas” in collaboration with the town council. Admission: 1 kilo of non-perishable food in aid of Caritas.
Tuesday, 20 December, 8 pm: Christmas concert by the Magnum Mysterium choir conducted by Miguel Ángel Garrido, Santa María de los Remedios church, free admission.
