Culinary: More workshops planned

The “I Gastronomic Solidarity Days” – a chocolate making workshop – was recently attended by members of the Asociación Parkinson Sol Estepona and the Gabinete Geriátrico Municipal.

The workshop, under the guidance of chef Miguel Herrera from the Columela restaurant, was hosted at the clubhouse of the Valle Romano golf resort in Estepona.

The workshops like this are not only meant to improve the psychomotor skills of the participants, but also to strengthen social interaction.

The town is already planning more workshops in collaboration with chef Miguel Herrera, which will also place special emphasis on the use of local products.
